Submit this request, receive a unique confirmation number, and complete Zelle within 10 minutes to keep your hold. Tickets are transferable. Customer payments are non-refundable unless JADA cancels the event. If fewer than 10 paid guests are confirmed by 48 hours before departure, paid guests receive a full refund.

Practical Answers

Will I really hear the live show from the boat?
Yes. The Rady Shell is an open-air waterfront venue and sound carries clearly over the bay. This is the actual live performance, heard from the deck.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes. BYOB and your own picnic are part of the concept. We do not describe this as an open bar or catered event, and we do not promise hot food service.
How does payment work?
Your booking request creates a short hold. You then send Zelle with your confirmation number in the memo. Once payment is confirmed, you receive a paid confirmation email.
Where do I board?
Choose Harbor Island Sheraton dock or the Coronado dock by the jet ski rentals near the Ferry Building once JADA is anchored.
